Magnificat Anima Mea Dominum (Soul and spirit in Gregorian chant)

SCHOLA GREGORIAN OF ST. MICHAL IN BRNO

SOUL AND SPIRIT IN GREGORIAN CHANT PERFORMED IN THE CHURCH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST.

Schola Gregorian of St. Michal was established in autumn 1994 as a choir of amateur singers, who wanted to contribute to celebrating the liturgy with Gregorian chant. They mainly perform at Sunday services, regularly during services in Latin, once or twice a month in the cathedral of Brno and other churches in the city of Brno. They traditionally perform during May Sunday Passion, weddings and funerals. They occasionally sing at the concerts, but mainly as a form of contemplation of liturgical lyrics.
