POEMS OF VIRTUES
A MUSICAL-POETIC PROJECT ABOUT HUMAN VIRTUES
Virtue isn’t just about being a noble knight, fearless and blameless — it’s primarily about being a good human being, which, especially these days, many people seem to struggle with. Perhaps that’s why poet Marek Gonda reminds us of the most essential virtues — the ones without which humanity might not have survived.
Twenty-three poems on virtues resonated so deeply with Marian Friedl that he suggested to his friend they enrich their mood with musical accompaniment — and they got started right away. That’s how the project Poems of Virtues was born, featuring not only both creators but also other musicians, singers, and narrators.
